As a RadioShack Manager, you'll have a variety of responsibilities. You are expected to:

The minimum eligibility requirements include:

• Management experience – retail a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Success in commission-based retail sales
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
• Must be reliable, have high personal integrity
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Flexible work schedule and assignment location
